Racial Abilities:
As Humans are the race all other races are
compared to, I have no racial abilities to note.
Class/Kit Abilities:
Everyone knows that we Magic Users utilize the
Energy Forces that are present everywhere, shape
it, use if for various purposes, be they benign,
malignant, helpful, or hurtful, useful, or just
...because.
As a Psionicist, however, I use my own energies,
those contained within my being, for the purposes
that I may need, or want.
Both arts require arduous discipline and practice,
while my magic requires additional study.
Now, if it's my Spell Book you wished listed, here,
I don't believe there is enough room on all the
computers in this world to list every spell to
which I have knowledge of and/or access to...which
is pretty much every one I have knowledge of.
My psionic disciplines are not quite as extensive.
Sciences:
Energy Containment and Complete Healing
Devotions:
Body Equilibrium, Cell Adjustment, Mind Bar,
and Suspended Animation.
My Familiar, Jasper, an Orange Tabby, has his
own magical abilities, which I won't expound on,
here, and that, thanks to the Spell, Familiar
Enhancer.
Physical Description:
How do I look? Well, I've been told I have a gracefulness
about me which only enhances my natural beauty (I have a
Comeliness of 19, not that I wish to sound conceited).
At 5'7", I'm not overly tall or short, my brown hair
reaches to about mid-back, and Callon has said that
my Jade Green eyes are quite captivating (It made me
blush when I heard this, as I've always considered
Callon the handsome one (even after his change),
with Randall a close second.)
History:
If you've heard Callon's exploits, you pretty much
know my story. While Callon and I were close, we
were not lovers...we occasionally bantered like
siblings. It was during one of these exchanges that
Randall, who came on-board about two-months prior,
pushed us into pool of water to "cool us off".
Well, we didn't know at the time that it was a
magical pool that raised our Constitutions by 1
point. It was when Callon started healing by himself,
and another companion and I who were "in need" of bathes
noticed we had better stamina and a feeling of health
and well-being, that I realized the pool's
property.
One thing Callon may not have told you, is that
we did kill the Red Dragon, but when its mate
came to try to rescue her, it was more than we
could handle. So, those of us who could, retreated
to lick our wounds, so to speak. To all our sadness,
we had counted Callon and Kristoff dead and were over-
joyed when he, at least, showed up at the Inn.
Hmmph, it wasn't long before Callon was itching to
go on another adventure. We all thought he was
crazy when he led us to a cliff and said he needed
to go up, but none of us spellcasters had memorized
Fly or Levitation...then he started floating up on
his own. He disappeared into a cave we couldn't see
from below and it worried us when about five minutes
later, a Roc flew into the cave, but he emerged
a short while later with a second sword and recounted
what had happened up there. That's when I began studying the Scimitars, learning
their names and abilities.
As a group, we had twice happened upon a Deck of
Many Things. Shortly after the first, Randall came
on board as my Henchman. It was because of the
magical bonding, that when the group was scattered,
he and Jasper stayed with me.
Though I occasionally dwell on the question of how
my friends are doing, I use my Cubic Gate frequently
to go Planes Travelling. Randall occasionally
accompanies me on these trips. It was during one
solo travel that I happened upon a Technologically
advanced world (through Rifts) in which I commissioned
a gown for myself made of a material they called
"Kevlar", lined with another material which induces
healing. I also purchased, for Randall, a Bow they
called a "Compound" and some arrows. Some of these arrows came with explosive
heads, and others that "Vibro" heads that they
say would "cut through anything."
After that excursion, Randall started accompanying me more often on these
trips, namely because of the
sword he acquired on an adventure of his own while
I was away, but he can tell that story much better
than I, seeing how I wasn't there.
I would expound more, but I really must get back
to my studies...
Advantages:
I am immune to all 1st- and 2nd-Level Illusions
(which is due primarily to no effort of my own,
but my Player's Die Rolls when creating me, for
which I am grateful). Also, I can use my magic and psionics
very effectively for most situations which I may
encounter and I'm told my beauty has advantages all its own
:) you figure out the specifics. And the magical items I have on and about me have
advantages in there own rights.
Disadvantages:
I have only one of which I am aware:
That being that I am...mortal.

Ring of Protection +4, +2 to Savings Throws
Ring of Wizardry, doubles 1st-3rd Level Spells

Possible Uses for the Character:
Possible Uses for the Character: Because of her Gating ability, I just can't help but envision Corryn as one of those "There she is! Oops, she's gone." characters. It would probably be a lot of fun to have her Gate into the middle of a completely serious, high intensity moment, look around and say, "Well, this isn't Pismo Beach! I should've made that left turn in Albuquerque..." Of course, being as powerful as she is, the likelyhood that the PCs could accidentally harm her is fairly slim. *Arislyn giggles at the idea. Sorry, Rychaerde, it was just too fun not to suggest!*
On a more serious note, *chuckle* she would be an excellent person to go to should the PCs need something identified. On more than one occassion, my PCs have gotten pulled into side adventures by mages who requested an item in exchange for their services.
